"Ritz is good pick up and good mileage also - i think approximately diesel 22kmpl and petrol approximately 19 kmpl. It is a good drive with better visibility and more space for front and rear seats boot space is also excellent.

I think that Ritz is competitor of i20. The engine cc of ritz is 1197 cc and ps is 87@6000rpm. The car has good ground clearance. The car's turning radius is 4.7m. The car is available in 8 colours and totally different colours."

Hi All
I did test drive the Maruti Ritz ZXi yesterday i.e 16th May when Spectra Motors Thane unveiled it in their show room. The car is a lot more roomier than A Star and i10. It surely would become the competitor for i20.The clutch and the accelerator responds well at very low speed as I took the car to a very congested road where you have to drive at 2 KMPL. The pick up is also pretty good and the AC is nice.It was 11AM in the day and hot as well but the AC was cooling the car pretty well even when the car was running at very low speed. I purposely made three other people to sit in the car when I test drove it. It pulls up comfortably with full weight on slopes and is extremely comfortable to drive and maneuver. The boot space is quite enough to fit a medium and a small size suitcase. The back seats give quite an amount of back support and are on a higher level so that the back benchers can see the road perfectly well.
The sound system is company fitted only for the highest end model i.e. ZXi. Others would have to pay for it separately.
The rear seat can be folded in a 60 to 40 ratio to enable more luggage space, I liked this unique feature.
I am just waiting to read reviews of actual users ( a few weeks later) only to confirm Maruti's claim about the mileage issue both in petrol and diesel versions.
I have a few pics but there is no way that I can upload it here. Guys pls do not forget to post your experiences on Ritz.
Thanks
