Rolls Royce has launches the Phantom Coupe in India. Rolls Royce seems to be very interested in strengthening its operations in India at a time when the whole world is under severe recession.
India that is still not mired in recession as most European countries is being taken as a better bet to invest. The country is being eyed specially by luxury car makers like BMW and others who are trying to get young buyers from India's IT, retail and real estate companies.
India's middle and upper middle class section is expanding at a fast pace. So all the companies from across the globe are rushing to India to cash in on this new breed of millionaires.
Rolls Royce's latest launch in India the Rolls Royce Phantom Coupe is slated to cost around 4 Crore Rs. This means that only super rich people who are at the height of their professional or business may be able to afford the beauty. While Rolls Royce is launching it costliest cars in India it is also launching small luxury cars to cater to recession hit markets as well.
Experts say that Rolls Rolls' answer to a shrinking economy is a smaller model. But they say that at 212.6 inches long, it's the 200EX is still bigger than most luxury sedans roaming the roads. And it still looks every bit as deserving of the Spirit of Ecstasy hood ornament adorning its streamlined, brushed aluminum nose as the larger Phantom range. Rolls Royce Phantom Coupe sports a Phantom 6.75-litre V12 engine, producing a whopping 460 horse power, going from 0-100 km per hour in 5.8 seconds. With an electronically governed top speed of 250 km per hour, it is 25% more fuel efficient than the Drop head Coup?. More than enough, the company hopes, to set the ball rolling.

Thanks for sharing such great post, according to me the Rolls Royce Phantom has a perfectly divine combination of uniquely imposing looks and presence with the sumptuous interiors. The Rolls Royce may appear traditional but it is definitely a modern performer.
